Standard Liquid Filter Bag
A standard filter bag is equipped with a steel ring collar that serves multiple essential functions. This collar is specifically designed to create a secure gasket seal when the filter bag is installed in its housing, preventing any unfiltered particles from bypassing the filtration process.
Additionally, the steel ring collar provides robust support to the filter bag, ensuring it remains securely in place during operation. This dual-purpose design enhances the efficiency and reliability of the filtration system, making standard filter bags an integral component in various industrial applications.
Plastic Collar Filter Bag
The plastic collar filter bag is designed to meet several key requirements. It features a molded plastic collar with a built-in handle, which makes installation and disposal faster, cleaner, and more cost-effective. The plastic collar is 100% incinerable, ensuring environmentally friendly disposal. Its smooth plastic design prevents the build-up of contaminants around the header, maintaining the filter’s efficiency.
- Molded plastic with built-in handle makes installation and disposal faster, cleaner, and less expensive.
- Liquid filter bags are 100% incinerable.
- Smooth plastic designs prevent build-up of contaminants around header.
- Collar is sewn into place to ensure that plastic and media remain firmly intact throughout filter life.
Welded Liquid Filter Bags
Welded filter bags are designed to meet several stringent requirements, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. These bags are constructed without needle holes, eliminating potential weak points and reducing the risk of leakage. The absence of thread contamination ensures a cleaner filtration process, enhancing overall purity. The fabric edges are precision bonded, providing a smooth, secure finish that maintains the structural integrity of the bag.
Despite these advanced construction techniques, welded filter bags maintain the same high efficiency as traditional filter media, ensuring effective particulate removal in various industrial applications. Welded bags are designed to meet the following requirements:
- No needle holes
- No thread contamination
- Precision bonded cutting of the fabric edges
- Maintain same efficiency as filter media
